Jennifer Lawrence was photographed on Friday pounding the New York City sidewalk with her husband, Cooke Maroney, as the expectant couple searched for possible homes.
The Daily Mail reports that the pregnant actress, 31, and her art dealer husband, 37, were shown properties across the East Village by their real estate agent.
The Oscar winner wore a dark green maternity dress, a light trench coat and a pair of ballet flats while Maroney wore olive-colored pants, a dark blue polo shirt and trainers as first-time parents-to-be searched for their next home.
Their house hunt comes 16 months after Lawrence sold his penthouse in Manhattan for $ 9.9 million after originally putting it up for sale for $ 15.5 million.
Soon after, he bought a brand new $ 22 million townhouse in Manhattan’s West Village.
It is unknown whether the actress plans to sell the property or simply add an East Side residence to her portfolio.
After a rather active hiatus from the big screen, Lawrence will star in the Netflix movie “Don’t Look Up” alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and Meryl Streep.
While promoting the film on “The Late Show”, Lawrence informed fans about his life in quarantine.
“I just had a lot of sex,” he joked before diving into the more mundane aspects of his acting break.
“I cooked a little. I mean, the pandemic happened, then I cooked and cleaned a lot, “she said.” I think I’d be a really good housekeeper. I mean, I screw it up, but I’m really good at cleaning it up. I can make a mess. ”
“I’ve always found solace in a program and doing something, you know, and being somewhere,” he continued. “It’s just kind of a comfort to be, you know, on set where the world is one thing and very organized,” he said. “You know, and there aren’t any people screaming, and I think coming out of ‘The Hunger Games’ and all that was nice.”
